How Donation Pick Up Works

We believe moving should feel organized, not overwhelming. That’s why we follow a clear, proven process to ensure your relocation or storage experience is smooth from start to finish.

Submit Donation Pick Up Form

We will contact you to confirm pick up time.

03.

On the day of your pick up, we will call 15-30 minutes before arrival.

04.

Your item(s) will be packed and delivered to DonateKitsap or your requested organization.

Our first priority is you. We work hard to provide you with fast and friendly services, but we never sacrifice environmental responsibility. Donation Partners Usable items are always re-homed through local organizations.

Recycling. Don’t worry about sorting your junk. We’ll do that for you and recycle appropriately. We know what can be recycled and we deliver those items to the right facility. Disposal. The junk and trash that’s left will be disposed of responsibly. If anything we pickup is reusable, acceptable at local donation centers, or recyclable material, we guarantee to handle your items accordingly.

Donation Pick Up

Depending on the item(s), we may provide free pick up. Contact us and send photos for a free estimate. View more on the price page

We will inform upon seeing the items if they are eligible. Photos can be sent by text to 206-902-6092, submitted in our form, or emailed to DonateKitsap@outlook.com. If you're unable to send photos, we can provide an in-person service estimate.

DonateKitsap is a full service company, licensed for moving and diposal. We can transport all items besides hazardous waste and livestock. Service teams are trained in moving of heavy and delicate items (i.e. Pianos, artwork, glass cabinets). Contact 206-902-6092 if you have any questions or requests, we're glad to assist you.

1. Donations are sold by DonateKitsap to fund services and initiatives.

2. Donations are dispersed to charities in Kitsap and neighbors in need through DonateKitsap Drives.

3. Donations are posted for free.

4. If unclaimed, donations are recycled or disposed.

 

DonateKitsap has local partnerships with Habitat for Humanity ReStore® of Kitsap County and Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island.

 

Our priority is to Donate and Recycle as much as possible to keep reusable items and materials out of landfills. If anything we pickup is reusable, acceptable at local donation centers, or recyclable material, we guarantee to handle your items accordingly.

At your request, DonateKitsap can transport and disperse donations to organizations of your preference and provide tax receipts.

Payment is made upon completion of service. For donation pick and junk removal, no deposit is needed. For moving services, $100 deposit is needed to book your move. We accept check, cash, venmo, zelle, and card. There is a 3% additional cost for all card payments.
